Managed Detection & Response, built around the way you actually work

Detect and respond faster and more effectively. Use our CSIRT resources to improve incident detection and response, or build your own SOC with our help — we work with the tools you already own.

What does Safesqr deliver inside an MDR engagement?

Managed services for second and third-line cybersecurity teams; SOC design and implementation tuned to your organisation; needs analysis and SIEM/SOAR implementation; EDR/XDR analysis and rollout; PAM (privileged access management) for cloud, on-prem and SaaS administrators. Always with the option to hand over operations entirely or to keep them in-house.

Do you replace our existing SIEM or EDR?

No. Safesqr is a vendor-neutral integrator. We work with the tooling you already own — Fortinet FortiSIEM, Cortex XSIAM, NetWitness, Trellix, Vectra AI, CyberArk, SailPoint, Tenable and others — and we tell you honestly when a control gap warrants additional tooling. Your incentive is to make your stack secure, ours is the same.

How quickly can you increase our SOC capacity?

Most MDR engagements start within four weeks. We typically begin with managed services on top of your existing SOC — extending coverage hours, increasing the scope of incidents handled, providing dedicated digital forensics support — then progressively automate and scale based on what we observe.

What you get

  • Privileged access management (PAM) — analysis, deployment and onboarding
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions our prospective customers ask most often. Don't see yours? Talk to us — we won't send you marketing emails.

  1. Can you operate alongside our in-house SOC?

Yes. The most common engagement model is co-managed: your team keeps day-to-day operations, ours adds extra hours, specific incident types or specialist forensic capability under one SLA.

  2. Where is our data stored?

All telemetry stays in EU regions. We can deploy into your own tenant or our managed tenant — whichever your data-protection policy prefers.

  3. Are you DORA and NIS2 aligned?

Yes. Reporting templates and SOC processes map directly to NIS2 incident-reporting requirements and DORA's ICT risk-management articles.
